📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all welding and fabrication activities to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on fabricated components.
- Manage inventory and procurement of materials to support production needs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the fabrication team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
- Proven track record in supervisory roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Certification in welding and fabrication, such as AWS (American Welding Society) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other fabrication tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
