Disaster Response Nurse - Bangka Belitung

As a Disaster Response Nurse, your daily tasks will include conducting triage, administering first aid, and providing medical treatment to victims. You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals and coordinate with local authorities to ensure a comprehensive response to disasters. This role is perfect for nurses with at least 3 years of experience in emergency medicine or disaster response, who are certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct triage and assess medical needs of disaster victims.
• Administer first aid and provide medical treatment using advanced tools like the Halo Emergency Medical System and Zoll AED.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and local authorities to ensure a comprehensive disaster response.
• Document medical records and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide medical education and training to local communities to prepare for future disasters.
• Work in a team to develop and implement disaster response plans.
• Monitor and report on the health status of disaster victims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in emergency medicine or disaster response.
• Certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Familiarity with disaster response protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English and local language (preferably Bangka Belitung).
• Valid nursing license and CPR certification.
