In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, applying textures and materials, and rendering high-quality images and animations. You will also collaborate with our project managers and clients to ensure that our visualizations meet their specific needs and expectations. With your expertise in 3D visualization software, you will help bring our clients' visions to life in a way that is both aesthetically pleasing and technically accurate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed 3D models using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Apply textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the realism of 3D visualizations.
• Render high-quality images and animations using V-Ray, Corona, or other rendering engines.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver visualizations that meet their needs.
• Ensure that all visualizations are technically accurate and meet industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization.
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D visualization, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or Corona.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Street View and other virtual reality platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to work remotely and travel to client sites when necessary.
