📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of aestheticians and beauty therapists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients, driving clinic growth.
• Optimize clinic revenue by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and increasing service utilization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, clinic policies, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to address concerns and improve team performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction scores, service utilization, and revenue, and report on key findings to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic or spa management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, team members, and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of aesthetic medicine, skin care, and beauty treatments.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software, such as Practice Fusion or EMR.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
