As a Music Teacher at Sparks Music, you will have the opportunity to inspire and nurture young musicians, helping them develop their skills and love for music.
Our music studio is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and technology, including Yamaha keyboards, acoustic guitars, and digital audio workstations like Logic Pro and Ableton Live. You will be responsible for conducting private and group music lessons, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing personalized feedback to students.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct private and group music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students improve their musical skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest music education techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with other music teachers to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Assist in organizing and participating in music workshops, performances, and events.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized music studio.
- Promote Sparks Music and its programs to attract new students.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching music to students of all ages.
- Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument.
- Knowledge of music theory, ear training, and rhythm.
- Experience with music education software such as Finale, Sibelius, or SmartMusic.
- Certification in music education or a related field is a plus.
- Passionate about music and committed to inspiring young musicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
