As a Chinese Cook at Everblue Development and Construction Inc., you will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional and modern Chinese dishes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and modern Chinese dishes according to our menu and customer preferences.
- Ensure food is cooked to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands and restaurant targets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and improve our menu.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chinese Cook or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as woks, steamers, and chopsticks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards for food safety and hygiene.
