As a Housekeeping Attendant at Edelweiss Homestay, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment. Your daily tasks will include cleaning and tidying guest rooms, preparing them for the next guests, and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and public spaces. You will also be responsible for restocking amenities, handling linens, and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are properly maintained.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring they are ready for the next guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, restaurants, and public spaces.
• Handle and manage linens, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing them to guest rooms.
• Restock and maintain cleaning supplies, ensuring they are always available and in good condition.
• Follow and adhere to the housekeeping schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate staff or management team.
• Assist with special cleaning tasks and events as needed.
• Promote a positive and professional attitude, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
