In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
