NOVA Ekspansindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Coordinate with external trainers and vendors to ensure high-quality training delivery.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
