As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and build trust.,Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to showcase the value of our products/services.,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform business development strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and market.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
