Whether you're organizing games, assisting with customer service, or ensuring our playground runs smoothly, your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate play sessions for children, ensuring safety and fun.
• Provide excellent customer service to families and guests.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of play equipment.
• Engage with families to create memorable experiences.
• Promote Kidz Amaze's brand and values.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or customer service.
• Certification in First Aid or CPR.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with play equipment and interactive activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and families.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
