📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain detailed operational plans to ensure efficient parking operations.
- Schedule and manage staff to optimize workforce utilization.

- Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational planning or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in operational management or related field is a plus.
