In this role, you'll spend your days engaging with clients, both in-store and online, to understand their preferences and recommend the perfect timepiece. You'll leverage your extensive knowledge of luxury watches, including brands like Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Omega, to provide expert advice and build lasting relationships. • Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend the perfect luxury watch.
• Curate and showcase an impressive collection of high-end watches in our boutique.
• Assist in the sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase.
• Provide expert advice on the features, benefits, and value of luxury watches.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales using our in-house CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new releases from luxury watch brands.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client leaves satisfied and eager to return.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury goods or watch industry.
• Deep knowledge of luxury watch brands, including their history, features, and market value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with discerning clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client consultations and sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Passion for luxury watches and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
