📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care and medical supervision.,Managing a team of nurses and ensuring high standards of patient care.,Assessing patient needs and developing care plans.,Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.,Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions.,Assisting with the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and certification.
