📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Understanding of the local market and industry trends.
