📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the requirements for open positions,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for the roles,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions,Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System),Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
