📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation scheduling.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as TMS, WMS, or ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
