Sentral Hendra Bakery is looking for a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Staff to join our team. As a Kitchen Staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Ensure high standards of food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in maintaining food costs and portion control.,Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.,Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting, including both office and remote tasks.
