Agung Zahra Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the coffee industry is a bonus.
