As an HVACR Technician Coordinator, you will work closely with our team of technicians to schedule maintenance, coordinate repairs, and implement energy-saving strategies. You will use tools like HVAC management software, refrigeration monitoring systems, and energy efficiency analytics to keep our stores running smoothly. With 3-5 years of experience in HVACR maintenance and a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, you will be well-equipped to handle the challenges of this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVACR systems across all FamilyMart stores in Jakarta Selatan.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Implement energy-saving strategies to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
Monitor and analyze system performance using HVAC management software and refrigeration monitoring systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for HVACR systems.
Train and mentor junior technicians to maintain high standards of service.
Collaborate with store managers to address customer concerns related to HVACR systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

3-5 years of experience in HVACR maintenance and repair.
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and their maintenance.
Proficiency in using HVAC management software, such as Johnson Controls, Trane, or Carrier.
Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and best practices.
Certification in HVACR systems (e.g., Refrigeration Service Engineer, HVAC Technician) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
