Rejeki Budi Restaurant is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our delivery services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with drivers or delivery personnel.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers and delivery personnel.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.,Work closely with the operations manager to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
