📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular farm visits to assess and advise on shrimp feed management practices.
• Provide technical training and workshops to local shrimp farmers on the use of advanced feed formulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve feed efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the team to conduct research and gather data on farm performance and feed utilization.
• Prepare and present reports on farm visits and technical assistance provided.
• Participate in field trials and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of new feed technologies.
• Maintain records of farm visits, training sessions, and technical assistance provided.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective communication of feed benefits to farmers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Aquaculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aquaculture, shrimp farming, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of shrimp feed formulation and management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
