📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of maritime affairs programs and projects in Bangka Belitung.
• Coordinate with regional and national stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of maritime policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainable ocean governance and marine conservation.
• Ensure compliance with national and international maritime regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support for their career development.
• Represent the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in regional and national forums and events.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of maritime affairs programs and projects, providing regular reports to the Ministry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in maritime affairs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of national and international maritime regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is required.
• Knowledge of maritime software and tools, such as GIS, ECDIS, and Vessel Traffic Management Systems, is a plus.
• Certification in maritime safety and environmental management is a plus.
