In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in food safety and hygiene practices, including proper food handling and storage.,Support the kitchen team in meeting production targets and deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
