📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet customer demands and maintain inventory levels.,Monitor and analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of distribution officers and provide guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Collaborate with other departments to align distribution efforts with overall business objectives.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of distribution processes to ensure quality and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution systems and processes.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Portuguese is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is an advantage.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
