PT Bumi Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and preparing banquet events, including menu selection, table settings, and decor.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, following health and safety guidelines.,Assist in the training and supervision of other staff members as needed.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or event planning is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
