📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.,Monitor and control internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and shareholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations is a plus.
