In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with version control systems, such as Git,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills
