📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting statutory valuations for properties in Bali, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.,Providing expert advice on property tax matters, including tax planning and compliance.,Preparing detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation for clients.,Collaborating with clients, legal teams, and other professionals to ensure accurate and timely valuations.,Staying up-to-date with local and national property valuation standards and regulations.,Participating in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in property valuation.,Assisting junior valuers and providing guidance on valuation techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Valuation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation, with a focus on statutory valuations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws, regulations, and tax codes.,Professional certification in property valuation, such as a Certified Valuer (CV) or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with valuation software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
