📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain actuarial pricing models and methodologies for life insurance products.,Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with industry trends.,Collaborate with underwriting and product development teams to ensure accurate and fair pricing of insurance products.,Monitor and analyze pricing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in actuarial pricing.,Mentor and guide junior actuarial staff in the development of their skills and knowledge.,Participate in product innovation and development initiatives, contributing to the creation of new insurance solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.,Professional actuarial designation (e.g., Fellow of the Society of Actuaries - FSA, Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society - A CAS) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial pricing, with a focus on life insurance.,Strong knowledge of actuarial software and tools, such as SAS, R, or Python.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
