📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Provide financial advice and support to management and other departments.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular audits of financial records and processes.,Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare industry accounting practices is a plus.
