In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Handle scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet operational goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with operational software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
