Hokian Oka Electronics is looking for a Lead Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and employees. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security team, implementing security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time position based in Majalengka, Jawa Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the security team and ensure they are following security protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular security patrols to monitor the premises and identify any potential security risks.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Train and mentor junior security guards on security procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a security guard or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a security team.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant security software and equipment.
