Leaf Glow Lestari is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Manage and mentor junior accountants,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and financial statements,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both English and Indonesian
