📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Plan and coordinate drilling activities, including site preparation, equipment setup, and daily operations.
- Monitor drilling progress, quality, and safety, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure all drilling equipment is maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.
- Train and supervise drilling crews, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with geologists and engineers to optimize drilling strategies and target identification.
- Ensure all drilling activities comply with environmental regulations and community guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certification in drilling operations and safety, such as the Certified Drilling Supervisor (CDS) or equivalent.
- Proficient in using drilling software like DrillView, Surpac, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and community engagement.
- Ability to work in a remote and challenging environment, often under tight deadlines.
