Based in Bali, you will work closely with our team of engineers and architects to develop accurate cost estimates and implement robust cost control measures.

As a Cost Control & Estimator Engineer at Finns Beach Club, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our engineering projects, from initial planning to final execution. You will use industry-standard tools such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project to track project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of one of Bali’s most beloved destinations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for engineering projects using industry-standard tools such as Procore and Primavera.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any variances or issues.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Implement and enforce cost control measures to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in cost control and project management.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of our engineering projects, contributing to the success of Finns Beach Club.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control and project management, with a strong background in engineering or construction.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the construction and engineering industry in Indonesia.
• Passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
