📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and networks.,Install and configure new software and hardware as needed.,Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Train employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide backup and recovery support for critical IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and principles.,Knowledge of basic scripting and programming languages is a plus.
