Shop Cloud Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for event planning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events.,Help with the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Assist in cleaning and preparing banquet venues for the next event.,Support the banquet manager in any additional tasks as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination tasks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
